From Spurs to Boro?

Just started a new FM game. Just because there's a new database including, among other things, the update to Premier League rules allowing 7 subs in league games rather than 5 presently, to be consistent with the rest of Europe. I laud the move, which gives more tactical options, and also means I don't have to think about sometimes not bringing a spare goalie to matches....
